Responsibilities
  • To manage process of setting detailed plan, work process and procedure regarding the Board of Directors and Shareholders' Meetings to be in compliance with the Company's Articles of Association and the relevant laws.
  • To prepare invitation letters and minutes of the Board of Directors' Meetings and Shareholders' Meetings, including relevant documents required to be submitted to SEC and SET, for instance, 56-1 One report, to ensure that necessary information and materials are properly and accurately disclosed and recorded.
  • To provide preliminary advice and recommendation for the Board of Directors and the Management of the Company with respect to their roles and responsibilities in order to facilitate them to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • To liaise with all relevant parties to ensure that Board's requests and initiatives are communicated and followed up where necessary.
  • To coordinate with regulators and/or other corporate governance agency e.g. SET, SEC, IOD, Thai Listed Company Association in order to update rules and regulations.
  • To perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors and the Management of the Company.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher of law, finance, accounting or related field.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English (TOEIC Score >= 600)
  • Strong knowledge in Corporate Law, SEC Law and SEC & SET regulations in relation to corporate secretarial practices.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the relevant fields.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritization.
  • Good and proficient in MS.Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Developing and reviewing the financial model, strategic financial.

Qualifications
