Key Responsibilities
- Creating production schedules and ensuring that all processes are followed accurately.
- Assess existing manufacturing processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas of improvement.
- Analyzes demand requirements to identify production and supply bottlenecks and recommends actions for resolution.
- Analyzing production performance to evaluate manufacturing efficiency, cost reduction, and impact on the profit and loss (P&L) statement.
- Optimizing resource allocation through effective production planning.
- Work closely with project managers and team members to ensure project objectives are achieved within the defined timeline and budget.
- Support team to review and estimate possibility of each production teams, sale and supply chain team KPI achievement with suggestion potential gap.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering - Chemical Engineering / Food Science
- 3 years’ experience in project engineering, production planning, process improvement or related role. (Chemical or Food Industry was required)
- Proficient in planning and project management, strong in organizing and overseeing projects to ensure successful outcomes.
- Proficiency in financial analytics, interpreting financial data for informed decision-making and strategic planning.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Ability to focus under pressure and meet deadlines.
- English spoken, written and working language.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for Employer Branding & recruitment projects, such as new graduate recruitment, road show, open house, walk-in interview, etc.
- Handle People Development processes includes collaborate with both internal and external instructor to promote and execute the development programs effectively, facilitate and evaluate the program as well as record training information into the HR system and issue monthly report.
- Initiate, execute, and develop Transfer of Learning into action to ensure the application of knowledge and skills acquired from the development program into their real jobs.
- Establish and develop new learning methods such as online learning and micro learning to create flexibility in learning while maintaining its effectiveness.
- Implement an Onboarding program for new recruits to accelerate performance delivery, enhance culture-fitting, build a sense of belonging and effective team bonding and networking at workplace, and embed AM BBGI culture and High-Performance Culture.
- Lead an on-time and in full execution of the Employee Engagement activities as per the master plan and including ad-hoc activities as deemed appropriate.
- Build a positive attitude and promote AM BBGI culture and good work environment to enhance employee engagement and work life’s balance.
- Responsible for the overall performance and success of the Office Management and Facility service.
- Simplify working processes and develop tools to reduce administrative tasks.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Political Science, Psychology or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Recruitment and People Development.
- Strong Working knowledge of recruitment principles processes and best practices
- Knowledgeable in Competency Based Development or 70:20:10 development model is preferable.
- Able to communicate in English in both writing and speaking
- Computer-literate and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proactive, Initiative, good analytical, interpersonal & communication skills.

Qualification

- Having experience in M&A is advantage.

- Calculating corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax and submit to the Revenue Department.
- Preparing data on asset accounting, inventories, and supplies accounts to consolidation
- Preparing payment and tax returns for relevant government agencies.
- Preparing sales data analysis report, aging analysis report, account receivable certification, and up-to-date reconciliation of relevant statements of account balance.
- Jointly develop SAP to support business expansion.
- To prepare and analyze the monthly consolidated financial statements for management.
- To review the monthly/quarterly separate financial statements and inter-transaction.
- To prepare the working paper for all consolidated financial statements.
- To prepare all consolidated and separate financial statements.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or relevant.
- At least 5 years of working experience in accounting, closing statements, preparing financial statements, and coordinating with Auditor.
- 3 years of experience in Audit Firm or holding CPA license is a plus.
- Have knowledge of accounting standards and taxation of business Ex. income tax and excise tax.
- Proficient in SAP and MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook).
- Proficient in English and good communication skill. (TOEIC > 600).
- Good interpersonal, responsibility, and eager to learn new things.
