In 2025, the Company remains committed to achieving zero workplace accidents involving both employees and contractors. In practice, each operating site within the Group has established an Occupational Health, Safety and Working Environment Committee to oversee the management of occupational health and safety by implementing the Occupational Health and Safety Management System in accordance with IS045001-2018 and the Process Safety Management (PSM) system. This ensures that the management of the objectives and action plans jointly established by each company is carried out effectively, while continuously improving occupational health and safety management standards in a consistent direction across the Group.
