BBGI Public Company Limited (“BBGI”) would like to inform its shareholders, investors, business partners, employees, and relevant stakeholders that BBGI has completed the disposal of its entire shareholding in BIOM Company Limited (“BIOM”), comprising 138,750 shares, representing 20 percent of BIOM’s registered capital. The share transfer was completed on 23 September 2026.

Following the completion of the share disposal, BIOM has ceased to be an associated company of BBGI and is no longer a company within the BBGI Group.

Accordingly, from the effective date of the share transfer, any operations, transactions, agreements, obligations, or other actions undertaken by BIOM thereafter shall have no connection with BBGI. BBGI shall not be responsible for any obligations, or other actions arising from BIOM’s operations after the effective date of the share transfer.
